This stained glass window represents the apparition of the Virgin Mary to Bernadette Soubirous in Lourdes in 1858.
The scene shows Bernadette kneeling, accompanied by two female figures observing the vision. Mary is depicted in a rocky niche, standing, wearing a white dress with a veil and a blue sash, holding a rosary in her hands. The base of the scene includes natural elements such as a stream and rocks, reminiscent of the grotto of Massabielle. The frame of the stained glass window is richly decorated with plant motifs and gilded decorative elements, typical of the neo-Gothic or neoclassical style, framing the central religious scene.
