Commune of Haute-Marne (52150) of 95 inhabitants.
Outremécourt, mentioned since the Middle Ages, depended on the local lordships. The village suffered the ravages of the Thirty Years' War in the 17th century and became a commune in its own right after the Revolution of 1789. In the 19th century, agriculture modernized, and the village developed modestly.
