Basilica of Our Lady of Sion

The Basilica of Our Lady of Sion, built between 1869 and 1873 in a neo-Gothic style, is distinguished by its two slender towers and flying buttresses. The spacious interior is illuminated by stained glass windows and houses a marble high altar, side chapels with polychrome wooden statues, and an organ from 1875. Outside, a monumental statue of the Virgin Mary crowns the main tower, adding to the majesty of the building, which has been listed as a historical monument since 2003.
