In the upper register, an angel in armor, with a sword and a shield, probably Saint Michael the Archangel. In the central register, Saint Joseph holding the Child Jesus in his arms, with a white lily, symbol of purity. In the lower register, Saint Anne teaching the Virgin Mary, with a quote readable on the parchment: “My daughter, listen attentively to my voice”.
