This stained glass window highlights the role of Saint Raphael as a guide and healer.
This stained glass window presents a composition in two main registers. The upper register is dedicated to the representation of Saint Raphael accompanied by biblical figures, while the lower part is decorated with decorative motifs based on foliage and diamonds. The scenes are delimited by an architectural frame in a broken arch, characteristic of the neo-Gothic style. The dominant colors are celestial blue, red and green, choices that reinforce the spirituality and vitality of the scenes. On the left: Saint Raphael, identifiable by his pilgrim's staff, guides a person, probably Tobias, holding a fish in his hands. This iconography refers directly to the biblical story where the archangel helps Tobias recover the liver and heart of a fish to cure his father of blindness. On the right: An angel in purple clothing protects a child in prayer. It illustrates the role of Saint Raphael as guardian and protector, a recurring figure in Christian spirituality. The intertwined diamonds in the lower part evoke a medieval lattice, a common feature of stained glass windows.
