This stained-glass window, created by J.P. Gaudin, depicts the apparition of the Archangel Saint Michael, who announces Joan of Arc's divine mission. On the left, the Archangel Saint Michael, in armor and haloed in red, descends toward Joan. His face is inclined toward her, his right hand raised in a gesture of announcement, while his left hand holds a blue sword. His white wings stand out against a background of red and blue hues. On the right, Joan of Arc is kneeling, haloed in gold. She wears a blue dress and a white veil. Her right hand is placed on her chest, while her left hand is turned toward the angel. Her gaze reflects intense listening. At the top of the window, a sword surmounted by a crown is framed by two fleurs-de-lis. In the lower left corner, a black lamb is lying down, a symbol of innocence and sacrifice.
