This stained glass window shows, on the left, Christ in the guise of the “Good Shepherd”, and on the right, Saint Joseph.
This stained glass window shows two figures placed side by side under richly decorated architectural arcades in a flamboyant neo-Gothic style. The colours are vibrant, with a predominance of red, green, blue and gold, highlighting the delicate details of the faces, clothing and attributes. On the left, Christ in the guise of the “Good Shepherd”, is dressed in a long blue robe partially covered by a golden cloak, holding a lamb on his shoulders and leaning on a shepherd’s crook. On the right, Saint Joseph, dressed in a green and purple cloak, holds a bouquet of white lilies. At his feet, we can see a carpenter’s tool. Two inscriptions at the bottom explicitly confirm the identifications, on the left: “GOOD SHEPHERD BRING US ALL BACK TO YOUR ?” and on the right: “GREAT St JOSEPH REVIVEZ LA FOI DANS LES CHEFS DE FAMIILLES”This stained glass window shows two figures placed side by side under richly decorated architectural arcades in a flamboyant neo-Gothic style.
