This stained glass window depicts the baptism of Christ by Saint John the Baptist. In memory of Jean-Claude Vauthier.
This stained-glass window with two lancets is surmounted by two openwork spandrels and a central oculus, in which ornamental motifs appear on a red or blue background. The main panel depicts the baptism of Christ in the waters of the Jordan River. On the left, Jesus, dressed in a simple white tunic, kneels with the dove of the Holy Spirit above him. On the right, John the Baptist, wearing his camel's hair tunic, is about to pour water over Christ's head. In the lower right corner, the dedication "In memory of Jean-Claude Vauthier" and the signature Atelier 54 - Nancy are clearly visible.
