Saint-Léger Church of Soulaucourt-sur-Mouzon

This stained glass window represents Saint Nicholas and the resurrection of the three children put in the salting tub.

This stained glass window depicts Saint Nicholas, Bishop of Myra, performing one of his miracles: the resurrection of the three children put in the salting tub. Saint Nicholas stands in the center, dressed in his episcopal robes, a mitre on his head, a green cope and white dalmatic, and his golden crozier in his left hand. Three children emerge from a salting tub at his feet, their hands raised toward the saint. The background is richly decorated with floral and Gothic architectural motifs. At the bottom of the window, we notice a crowned coat of arms.
