This stained-glass window shows Saint-Épvre consoling a pilgrim. Gift of the Brotherhood of St Épvre 1884
This stained-glass window shows Saint Epvre comforting a pilgrim. The semicircular-arched window is divided into two parts. The ornamental frame is full of floral motifs, polychrome foliage, scrollwork, and neo-Gothic damask. In the center, a narrative scene is framed by a garland of flowers. The central scene takes place beneath a green curtain. To the right, an old man with a white beard, wearing a red robe and green coat, consoles a kneeling man; this may be Saint Epvre. To the left, the man is young, with long hair, dressed in brown. He has placed his hat and pilgrim's staff on the ground. At the bottom, the inscription clearly reads "Gift of the Brotherhood of St. Epvre 1884."This stained-glass window shows Saint Epvre comforting a pilgrim.
