This stained-glass window, signed BENOIT Nancy, depicts a Eucharistic scene. A haloed bishop, dressed in his liturgical vestments, administers a sacrament to a kneeling faithful. The bishop holds the chalice in one hand and gives the host with the other. The young man, also wearing a halo, is richly dressed in the fashion of the mid-16th century. In the foreground, white lilies are visible. The presence of a Gothic cathedral in the background places the scene in an architectural setting inspired by classical iconography. The stained-glass window dates from the early 20th century.
